General
Questions
What do you mean by “trauma”?
Trauma does not only come from “big” events. It is anything that overwhelms your nervous system and leaves a lasting imprint, whether it is sudden, ongoing, subtle, or passed down through generations.
Who is this for?
People who feel like they’ve done the work but still feel stuck. High-functioning, self-aware women who are exhausted from “holding it all together” and want a different way to move forward. If traditional therapy hasn’t been enough, you’re not alone.
Do I need a diagnosis to benefit from your resources?
Not at all. Trauma healing is about your lived experience, not labels. Whether or not you have been formally diagnosed, your story and your healing matter.
Is this a safe place for all backgrounds and experiences?
Yes. We honor diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities. Healing looks different for everyone, and this is a supportive space where your story is valid.
Support &
Services
What kind of support do you offer?
I share trauma-informed education, nervous system regulation tools, somatic practices, and personal insights. Everything is grounded in science, lived experience, and real-life application. You won’t find fluff here, just things that actually help.
Do you offer one-on-one sessions?
No, I don’t offer private sessions. Right now, I focus on creating free and low-cost content to support as many people as possible. In the future, I may host live group sessions or other community-based offerings.
Is this a substitute for therapy?
No. My content is meant to be supportive and educational. If you’re in crisis or need therapy, please reach out to a licensed mental health provider. This is a space to learn, feel less alone, and explore tools that complement deeper clinical work.
What makes your approach different?
We focus on accessible, everyday tools that you can actually use in your daily life, not just in a session. Our approach emphasizes nervous system regulation, community, and small, doable steps toward healing.
What if I’m not ready to talk about my trauma?
You don’t have to. There’s no pressure to share or open up unless and until you want to. Everything here is offered at your pace. Just being here is a step.
How does cellular healing fit into trauma recovery?
Trauma impacts the body down to the cellular level, influencing energy, immunity, and overall well-being. Cellular healing focuses on restoring balance in these deeper systems so your body has the foundation it needs to support emotional and nervous system recovery.
Getting
Started
Where should I start?
Start wherever feels easiest. Watch a Reel. Read a post. Try one nervous system regulation tool. Or just scroll and listen. There’s no wrong place to begin.
Do I need any previous experience with therapy or self-work?
No. Everything we share is designed to be approachable whether you are brand new to healing or have years of experience.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
There is no time commitment to healing. Some people spend a few minutes a day, others dive deeper when they are ready. Healing is not about doing more, it is about finding what feels supportive right now.
Are there free resources available?
Yes. Our free group offers practices, conversations, and support at no cost. It is a great way to start if you are not ready for a bigger commitment.
Practical
Details
Are you a therapist or mental health professional?
No. I’m not a licensed therapist. I’m a Certified Trauma Professional and a trauma survivor who shares education and tools that have helped me and others on the healing path. My work is meant to support—not replace—professional care.
What is the difference between your group offerings and therapy?
Therapy is designed for talking through your personal experiences with a licensed professional. Our offerings focus on community, tools, and practices that support your healing journey alongside or outside of talk therapy.
How do I join the free group?
We have a free Facebook group called ‘Heal As You Are‘. Join our community of women today!

We love sharing our favorites, including works by Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté, Dr. Sherrie Campbell, and Dr. Peter Levine.
Do you recommend podcasts, apps, or other tools?
Yes. Alongside books, we share podcasts, apps, and guided practices that can be helpful companions on your healing journey.
